Special Features

While we strongly suggest avoiding adding features just to "jazz up" a site, there are many situations in which a special feature is needed, such as...

• For Elite OB/GYN and for several other sites, we added a dynamic map, used by arrangement with the publisher. We term it "dynamic" because visitors can zoom in or out, and scroll around, using either the arrows on the map or just clicking and dragging their mouse within the map.
• For the Texas Chef, we created a menu that allows ordering for delivery up until 9am of each day, after which the "Order" button is no longer visible.
• We have used slide shows, such as at the right, on several websites. We find that in many cases, showing a large number of such images in this manner is more interesting and less overwhelming than a page with dozens or hundreds of images filling the page.
